Do you offer delivery service?

Yes, we can deliver your order locally for $99 per stop.  If you want us to delivery your new furniture outside our local delivery range, we would be happy to offer a custom delivery quote at the time of your order.


How long do special orders take to arrive?

It depends on the manufacturer and freight company, but we generally receive pieces within 6-8 weeks. We will give you a more specific estimate at the time you place your order, and keep you apprised if we receive any notices of delay along the way.


Do you offer any discounts?

Yes.  Most items are discounted 30 – 40% off MSRP every day.  In addition, we offer a 2% discount for payments made with cash or check.


Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

All items we sell are subject to the terms and conditions of manufacturer warranties. You are welcome to review each warranty before placing your order.  Since we do not manufacture the products, we do not warrant them directly.  However, for items purchased from Gehman & Co., we would be happy to help you through the warranty process.  Before contacting us to begin a warranty claim with a manufacturer, please be prepared to supply the following items:

  •     A copy of your invoice, showing the item and purchase date
  •     A description of the problem
  •     Photos of the problem, if applicable


Do you require a deposit to place an order?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the balance due upon arrival at our warehouse.  Unpaid balances will be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

If the manufacturer has not begun production of your item(s), we will try to accommodate your changes.  But, since these items are being produced just for you, no cancellation or modification will be accepted once production begins.


Do you accept American Express?

Yes, we accept AmEx, in addition to Visa, MasterCard, DISCOVER and PayPal.


Do you offer financing?

Yes.  We understand that our products are not the cheapest available.  And we know that quality doesn’t always fit the budget.  But, since our furniture is built to last a very long time, it may make sense to pay for your purchase over time.  So, in partnership with PayPal Credit, we can offer 6-months financing to qualified shoppers.  Simply follow the PayPal Credit link (see below), create or sign into your PayPal account, and get pre-qualified.  We will not see any of your personal information.  That’s between you and PayPal.  Then, when shopping with us, simply mention that you would like to pay with PayPal Credit and supply your email address.  We will send you an email copy of your invoice, which will allow you to choose PayPal Credit as your payment method.  Please keep in mind, if you do not pay the entire balance within the 6-month period, the interest will accrue from the original transaction date.
